With great shame as I love Pizza Hut pizza I have to give a negative review about Pizza Hut,very disappointing the time I had to wait for my order through deliveroo as they couldn’t find a driver and I’ve waited over 1 hour for cold delivery and when I complained to Pizza Hut all I got was complain to customer services….

Awful pizza. For a place that has Pizza in its name, the pizza's were disgusting. My daughter ordered a Margherita and took 2 bites before refusing to eat anymore. The tomato sauce used was so overpowering and awful tasting that the cheese made no impression. Even covering a slice in garlic sauce had no effect over the flavour of the sauce. I on the other hand, ordered a meat feast, lots of flavours to enjoy, but once again i couldnt taste a thing, only the rancid sauce flavour. Was supposed to be a special treat for my daughter and ended up in the bin.

We were extremely well taken care of and the atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. All of the staff were very friendly and meticulous and the food was great!

Had an awesome delivery driver called Sra, very chatty, smiling and polite. Delivery was very quick and the pizza was amazing. Will definitely use again and recommend. 5 stars from me.

Food arrived hot and very quickly, accidentally forgot something when I delivered so I contacted them and the corrected my mistake for free, great service

Ordered a couple of pizzas as we were too lazy to cook, ordered through the app but realised I had ordered a pizza the wrong size, I ordered a medium and meant to be a large, I phoned up straight away and asked to change It to a large and had my card ready to pay the difference but the amazing gentleman on the phone said he would upgrade it to a large free of charge, he honestly made a pregnant woman very happy as i was really stressed out by my mistake but couldn't fault his service one bit! Thank you Kind sir, will definitely be my go to pizza place ☺️

The food was good, as usual. We decided to go for their box meals, which was just the right size pizza, and a side for only £7. Great value.
Ordered a pizza & got the completely different one delivered, tried to call them to rectify it & nothing! Terrible service!
Added an item to my order by mistake. Otherwise, good food and decent customer service. The NHS Discount I was offered wasn't much though.
