Came for a meal before the cinema this evening, booked the table for 6.45pm with film starting at 7.40pm knowing we could probably get away with going in around 7.55pm. Ordered straight away. Some garlic bread and olives followed by 2 pizzas and 2 pastas. Starter came out fairly quick and was eaten quickly. Waiting for mains it then got to around 30 mins we have been waiting and film was due to start. Asked how long mains was going to be and I saw the Chef look at the ticket like it hadn’t even been started and suggest 10 mins. I’m sorry but waiting that long between a starter and a main is ridiculous. At which point we had to just settle up and leave it. Not even a discount on our starter as way of apology. It seemed prezzo was to busy prioritising it’s deliveroos then customer who booked and physically came to the restaurant to eat. Safe to say ruined our evening. Well done prezzo st.Neots.

This is a very nice restaurant to come to for lunch. It is clean, tidy and is well located in the centre of Huntingdon. The staff are friendly and professional and the service is good. Wouldn’t mind coming back here again.

I have been to pizza express a few times and gotten the same waiter. He is amazing and by far the best and most amazing service I’ve ever gotten in any restaurant!!! Aurimas is amazing amazing amazing. I cannot express this enough!!!! The food is fab too but the service triumphs every time!!!!! :)

Have to scan QR code for current reduced menu. Still order via waitress. Excellent food and service. So good to be back for a decent pizza :) QR code also includes contact tracing so everything covered!

Service was awful. The restaurant was not at all busy with waitresses and cooks stood around chatting to each other whilst we tried on a number of occasions to attract their attention for service. We ordered extra drinks throughout our meal which were never brought to us but they had been added to the bill anyway! When we questioned the bill we also found that charity donations had been added based on our menu choices. Not that I have an issue donating to charity and make a regular monthly donation to the charity in question but I was never given a choice about it and had I not have checked the bill due to the drink errors I would probably never have known. Food was luke warm at best. Certainly won’t bother again!

After waiting 45 mins for three pizzas and one salad, sadly we then had to return two pizzas. One was stone cold whilst the other was so burnt it was inedible. The waitress was very apologetic saying that they had so many take away orders to do meaning the cooks were under a lot of pressure. Surely this can be managed in a mite productive way? This isn’t the first time we have had an issue here so sadly we shall not be returning anytime soon.

After calling many times (phone not answered), we ordered on-line. Pizzas were the wrong size. The dough balls were burnt. No garlic butter. Oh and they forgot to include a side order of coleslaw. Possibly the worst take away in the entire county.
