I used to get amazing sub from here . But today was it was awfull. Guy behind the counter spoke to me maybe 3 words . Didnt ask me what bread i wanted ...or any additional stuff . He just made steak foot longs . He even stopped the owen 3 or 5 sec before the end . 0 skill 0 training . Food was horrible . 0 for customer service . What the hell?? Lady after me me asked for full breakfast one and he said we dont have . No sorry no bother no shajt . Bad bad . And i never post reviews ...but this was beyond myself . And i had it for my partners bday breakfast .....i was stunnedAnd imagine someone coming to this st neots subway for the first time with some sort of anxiety not knowing and they get served this shajt . Downfall . Bad

Ordered 2 6"subs today while we were waiting they were doing another order, One order was nuggets as he passed the cooked nugs one dropped out into the salad bar, so when the guy came to box he noticed one missing when asked anout it the other guy foind it and just chucked it in the box with bits of salad, bad service, not pleasant servers grim surrounding needs a good spruce up

Just a bad experience altogether.The staff was rude. Charged me extra for black pepper and as you can see there was not that much on it. I always get oil and vinegar on my Italian sub and they didn't have any.The meatball sub was more water than sauce.No kind of spicy mustard of any kind. The main thing was just their attitude when asked for something. When I buy something I want it made the way I like it and they just didn't care. I very likely will not be back.The only thing that was good was their Macadamia nut cookies.
Ordered a BLT it came with no salad and no sauce !!!When complaining basically told tough!! Rude staff not willing to correct ?Never again!!
