Had 2 hot chocolates one was the new Black Forest hot chocolate worst hot chocolate ever had took both of them back had hardly any cream on them didn’t even taste of chocolate terrible especially paying over £8 for them but got my money

Don’t get me wrong, the drinks themselves can’t be flawed, but the service that me and my sister had today was very poor. We ordered 2 takeaway drinks, one frostino and one hot chocolate, it took around 10 minutes to actually get our drinks in hand from ordering. Staff were friendly but, almost too friendly, as they were chatting with a customer (who they obviously knew) which I see as extremely unprofessional and immature (they can do it in their own time) as we were stood there awkwardly waiting for our drinks. I saw about 3 members of staff and I could openly say that a couple of them hadn’t a clue of what they were doing. I specifically asked for no cream on my drink, it came out with cream.

I don't know how Lauren got this job but she is definitely not suitable for it. Went to order coffees for my team this morning. Gave a list with 8 names and she kicked off saying she won't do it. Luckily her colleague agreed to serve us. I don't care how bad your day is, but you don't take it out on your customers. Very rude, unprofessional. If you don't want to do coffees find another job and don't ruin Costa reputation and my day by coming in to work with an attitude. Previously I was always getting a good service but won't be returning in the future. And do not recommend to anyone.

I visited Costa coffee in Wisbech today, I arrived to order coffee for myself and my work colleagues as a treat on a Friday. I was rudely welcomed by the staff member Lauren, she was moaning at the fact I had an order for 8 coffees and stated that she would not have been doing this if she had her way. Very poor customer service and manners from the girl. I will not be visiting there again for my coffee which is a shame but I refuse to pay for such poor service. I would like to mention that the young man there was as polite and lovely as always, shame about his team member letting him down.

Coffee and snacks were OK but the toilet was absolutely disgusting, as it seems always to be. Someone needs to sort it out. Regularly. This is the Costa in Horsefair, Wisbech, not any of the others.

My partner & I had a strawberry & cream frappe which we enjoyed now the weather's warmed up. Staff are really friendly & a special mention of Tom who we always have a chat to.

When we had coffee the person serving discarded 2 spoons as dirty then picked a third, wiped it with her thumb and put it on our tray! We had skinny latte which did not taste like coffee at all!!

Went through the drive through the other day, all the staff were very friendly. Even made a little puppuccino for my pug and her pup! Thank you.

My wife and I visited here with our granddaughter and dog. We sat outside, and a member of staff very kindly filled up a dog bowl with water for us. The same member of staff then bought our drinks out when they were ready. This all made being out with a child and a dog much easier. Our drinks were good and overall a relaxing pleasant stop during our afternoon. It was great to experience such good customer service.
