Pubs in Wisbech
“Lovely little tea room, always best to book but so far I've been lucky. The gluten free cake is worth it!”
“4 of us had a very enjoyable evening meal last night. Lovely young lady who served us was certainly tested by us and the kitchen ?? and she passed with flying colours. Atmosphere was very friendly with the staff and locals, thankyou very much.”
“A great pub for those of us who like pubs that are not restaurants + a bar. This is a pub which actually corresponds to the idea that most of us have of a pub - beer, crisps (there is no food), regulars, conversation. David, the landlord, has been running the pub for 24 years. He chats to you, maybe asks your name etc. Loved this place. If I lived close-by I would probably be in for a pint every evening. There are no more conviction politicians; but this is a "conviction" pub.”
“Sunday carvery! Staff were all so pleasant and helpful. Quick service on drinks. Super tasty carvery and for £10.95. They even cooked some chips specifically for my picky 5 year old Will definitely return shame we haven’t found it sooner being as though we’ve lived here for 30+ years”
“Lovely friendly staff, generous portions of yummy food.Worth a visit .Only 4 stars for atmosphere, as was a little quiet , but we still had a nice time with the chatty staff .”
