Tried this takeaway for the first time. I usually enjoy kung po king prawn but this had way too much sweet sour sauce , it was swimming in the stuff, ruined it. I threw most of it away. Also the beef curry was not good at all beef was old and chewy!

First time using this Chinese takeaway, never again the rice was pre cooked so all stuck together with no taste at all, and the curry’s had a taste of orange. Fine if you was having duck……Never to return to the Ruby Chinese Takeaway very poor value for money rip off……

Great late night choice for a Chinese meal. The young lady serving disappeared with my order; cooked it herself and reappeared 15mins later - very impressive! I settled down 10 mins after with a glass of wine and enjoyed every mouthful of this delicious Chinese food.Parking: Easy to park late at night.

We very much appreciate the food hygiene rating being at a '5' and assume the food was prepared excellently however the food quality is very poor. We ordered duck and it was mostly bones. You can just tell the quality is lacking (perhaps to increase profit?). Crispy shredded beef not crispy, sweet and sour chicken hong kong style flavour stomach churning.Good service, arrived promptlyGood hygienePoor quality ingredients which makes the food taste foul.Will not be ordering here again anytime soon
