Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the evening staff (blonde haired tall woman), number of people I know including my partner have had the same issues to which I’ve brushed off previously even when being ignored and having to wait excessive amounts of time at the night pay as she refused to put customer care first. They have had exactly same attitudes dealings with her, the woman’s behaviour is absolutely disgraceful, if you wish to keep the garage running in the evening times sack the arrogant rude woman I sure as hell won’t be coming back to shop their for anything . If can’t work graveyard shifts don’t commit because clearly she struggles to be polite and well mannered to members of the general public. And this was all due to choosing to put my PIN number in instead of saving her precious time by putting the machine up to the window, lazy foul mouthed cow avoid like the plague ??

Coffe stops an inch from the top, maybe wait and go to starbucks for a full cup. Stopped 2 months later and same problem. Nice to see it hasn't been fixed?
Just wanted to say popped in to buy lunch today and was served by such a lovely guy. Was so kind and helpful and very warm and genuine person. Thank you xxx

The staff here have been the friendliest I have encountered over the many visits made. The liked the V Power performance petrol because it kept my engine in better condition and the fuel economy was much better. It can get very here at times but you do not need to wait for long as they get people through very quickly.

So today I arrived at station and filled diesel like normal.. i didn't have my face mask on me, so I go to outside window to do my payment, I have Shell application on my phone so I opened to scan it.Lady refused to scan it because I toch my phone ,then she's given me a card scanner for pin code...Nonsense that was she's accepted my to toch card mashine but she's refused to scan it from the window... i will avoid in future and go to different garage
