I went in this morning just as they opened as I had a long drive ahead of me. The 2 girls behind the counter were totally cheerless when I wished them a good morning. I ordered an Americano and a pain au chocolate (I joked about it not being the best choice for breakfast, which got no reaction t all apart from being stared at as if I was an alien!). The PaC was cold, and I wasn't asked if I wanted it warmed. The coffee was lukewarm, in fact the only thing colder from my whole experience was my reception from the staff. Not the best Starbucks/experience I've ever had, the manager needs to work on the 'customer experience' a bit more!

Filthy restaurant dirty cups and rubbish on so many tables. I was given my tea in a takeaway paper cup when I asked for a cup I was told there isnt any they have run out . There was a stack of mugs behind the counter so I said can I have a mug then I don't want to drink out of that the surly waitress then slammed a mug on the counter and threw the tea into it huffing and puffing as she did so. Extremely rude service and quite frankly a most disgusting cup of tea which was horrendously overpriced. I went in with a work colleague to use the internet to do some course work together which we couldn't do anyway as the music was so loud. Definitely would not be returning.

Busy place ! But worth a few minutes wait , delicious coffee and chocolate covered Brownie's looking like pumpkins! Very nice !

Like any Starbucks it seems to take an age to make a coffee and the tea is dismal. This one is good by Starbucks standards. But that is not exactly setting the bar high.

Coffee was fine. Early morning and I used the loo. It looked like a busy Saturday night at a club! Filthy. Used toilet tissue around the floor and I could tell it hadn't been cleaned fir a very long time, due to the build up of dust and debus in the corners. Such a shame.

Lovely quiet atmosphere for a catch up with my bestie. It was fairly busy in the queue after we sat down as it was lunchtime.

Not a Starbucks fan at the best of times and this one hasn't helped to alter my opinion. The place was dirty, pots left on tables, spillages on tables and floor areas. Couldn't finish my latte, tasted bitter. Toilets weren't very clean either. Staff were pleasant enough though
