awful shop , when i used to visit few months back everything was very organised and in stock , when i visited the other day and it’s been turned upside down , i think some good staff has been lost or fired, the only 2 girls left are Millie and Natalia which are lovely and run the shop well, I only try and visit when they are in now as when they are not in theres limited stock, service is much slower and with other employees there is a big language barrier?

I used to work at this store for a while and I’m not happy with how the girls there are being treated, the management has changed and service is terrible from them in particular. I used to have regulars come in every morning and now they’re messaging me and speaking to me saying how everything has gone down hill. Girls are being fired for past situation, such as forgetting temps or forgetting to right in the date chart. Using that as an excuse to get rid of them. I know these girls work their backsides off for that store, just to earn some hours. I’ve seen how they clean things, videos, pictures from when I was working there. Not only that, they are sand which artist yet they get asked to do the ‘supervisors’ jobs, and not get paid for that. As they don’t have a supervisor at the store. I came into the store and had to tell the new management how to make the sandwich. I feel the management was getting in a good place before I left, then that manager ‘left’ and ever since then it’s gotten worse. The girls can’t even email HR or eg company itself. They’re doing nothing about it! When all of them have proof of how bad the store is, they just don’t have the utensils to take things further. Very bad store, which is a shame because it never used to be!

I visited the shop recently and the customer service from the girls are impeccable, they are so welcoming and very polite. They give me suggestion to help decide on the new set sandwiches which was very tasty.

I visited today and the man in the black tshirt was very slow and my food was very underportioned, I visit this store frequently and I normally get served by women and I’ve never had a problem with them and everytime I have visited it’s just the man now I don’t even order when I see he’s here , you’ve lost a loyal customer ?

Terrible service. no milk for coffee the lady didnt tell us so it was poured out black. no hash browns in the breakfast sub didnt offer any alternative. the lady was very on her own and very stressed as orders were piling up for delivery. wasnt clean wont be coming back it was a stop off on the way to a day out. not good subway for the price we paid. need to sort it out.
Just been in to get some lunch, one member staff sitting at the table doing paperwork trying not to acknowledge me, 4 mins later shouts to someone out back twice, finally someone appeared with a face like thunder, asked what I wanted, asked for the meatball six inch sub, she asked what bread so I replied white please, after she cut the bread she said can’t do that we’ve got no meatballs, when they were in the tray, told them to forget it, surprised you make any money if that’s how you staff treat customers

Boy this place is small, there's only 4 tables and 8 chairs which The tables are double up So there's no chance of you eating in.\\nAt the time I went the Sandwich artist as they like to be called was more concerned in doing those delivery orders then dealing with the huge queue that was building.\\nFor some reason they've stopped doing the tiger roll but having a nap my sandwich was lovely.
