We stopped at Ali's Coffee Box on our way from Cambridge to Nottingham and were very pleasantly surprised. The owner gave us a very warm welcome and the cappucino was one of the best we've had in the UK so far. The brownie and the Crosssaint were also very tasty. The small backyard is an absolute insider tip. We definitely recommend Ali’s Coffebox.

My wife and I go here almost every Saturday morning for coffee and paninis. Ali is delightful and even cooks the bacon just the way we like it. If there were extra stars, I'd give them all to Ali's Coffee Box.
Great place and easy enough to spend a few hours. Service is great and Ali was amazing and attentive to me and my group despite it being busy

This is a fabulous little place that shares the courtyard to The S bar 1741 and can be seen from the road under the arch at the right hand side of the Indian restaurant.Ali's paninis are lovely and we enjoyed one each with our beer whilst visiting The S bar 1741.The locals told me how good her breakfast rolls were! Ali does great hot drinks that can be either enjoyed on site within the courtyard with adequate seating or taken away!Ali really is a lovely lady and deserves loads of business, so please support her as you won't be disappointed!Once again, thank you and see you again when we visit Stilton!Claire and Nigel ?
