Ordered through Deliveroo, half the order showed up. Called the restaurant a there was no interest in solving the issue. I would consider the staff rude and unprofessional!

The staffs arent professional in Alderly edge. they were rude, they didn’t ask that we want to keep our plate and continue to eat or not ! We order whisky, they served it in vodka glass and when we asked for change the glasses they said we have just wine glass!Food was underrated, meat was smelling and not good marinated.It was a bad experience and never trying again.

We had booked for 6, when we got there we initially were taken upstairs on our own, then another group of 6 came up (who had booked) few minutes later they went back downstairs. after a while we went looking for the waiter, they seemed short staffed and he suggested that we could move back downstairs with the rest when a table was emptied ain 10 mins, which we did. The atmosphere downstairs was good. The starters were good but I was surprised at my moussaka as there was masses of sauce and not that much aubergine. The others had loads of meat so I had some of that with my meal. The main problem for me was that it was quite late by the time we got any food and if I had been with my husband I would of left when we were upstairs and not being attended. I may well try it another night to see what happens then, but order something different.

Fantastic place we eat there every three weeks, and always allows us to sit without having to book as we are early birds, we go around 6mPM, but always welcoming and the manager is the best around very welcoming and accommodating, we get served very quickly and the food is always hot and delicious, unbelievably yummy.Parking: Always finding parking in Waitrose car park and the streets around the village of alderly edge.
