This particular Costa is, without doubt, the best one I have ever visited. I'm just so pleased that is my local. The staff from Bryan, the manager, to the part-time Saturday/ Sunday guys, are all really friendly. They remember your name (if you visit regularly), and your drinks order. The ambience and hustle and bustle of the shop is great.Over all, if you visit Alsager, you have to visit this cosy Costa.

Despite what some reviews on have said in the past, this Costa is NOT dog friendly.

People behind the counter, would rather be chatting to their friends further down the queue than pay attention to the customer they are actually serving.Costa coffee is Costa coffee, same everywhere, so that was enjoyable.

Good place to visit for a quick business meeting or take time to review work. Good service but a bit noisy if you like a quiet place.
I go to the Alsager costa approximately every 6 weeks while my wife goes to the hairdressers, and the barista guy knows that and is very friendly as are all the staff ?.....I love the Cortado and the Bacon and Brie panini ??

We moved to Alsager about a month ago now. My wife and I along with our dog Woody pop in every Saturday morning for takeaway drinks as part of our weekend walk. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. The place does seem to be very popular with the local people and that is a good sign. See you Saturday ?

I asked for English breakfast tea, also asked if I could have it in a take away cup but stay inside to drink it, of course you can was the answer. On the basis of being an odd bod who ordered tea the young lad who was taking the orders and payments went and started my tea before handing it over to the barista to finish off. Five stars in my book for service with that one, kept the conveyor moving with minimal disruption to other customers.
