Our drink orders were taken promptly and Nat kept on top of when we needed another drink order going in! Great friendly service, good food and lovely drinks! One of the best bottomless brunches we’ve had! Thanks very much Nat! ☺️?

We walked in and waited 5 mins at the bar whilst 3 people all worked on the same 3 mojito cocktails. We weren't acknowledged during this time at all. 2 others were waiting ahead of us too. Eventually we were led to a table with barely a hello. Stuck behind a wall next to a sink I'm front of the main door so we got a constant draft. We hadn't been before and weren't aware of the self ordering qr code until 20 mins later when we still hadn't been asked about drinks. Happened to spot it under the menu. Went to then order on the app, drinks that were clearly being served on tap at the bar weren't on the app. Wanted payment in full plus a service charge before we'd even had a drink. We Left and weren't even acknowledged on the way out. They're were maybe 6 tables in so busy wasn't an excuse in afraid.

Food here is amazing, cocktails and mocktails are tasty.Service was good, but waitress really busy the night we visited. I would recommend this venue for a bite to eat with a cocktail ?Vegetarian options: Good vegan and vegetarian options

Went for Christmas meal on Friday night (15th Dec) table booked for 7pm. 3 course Meal was not enjoyable. Parma ham starter with very little ham. The Vegan Wellington main was salty, soggy and beige. Desert was inedible. £35 without drinks not worth it in my mind. This was disappointing, 6 other people having other dishes had similar issues.

The set menu looked good, starter was ok but burnt. The veggies, broccoli and parsnips were horrible, they were harder than a brick. The chocolate brownie was thick and dry, it wasn't a brownie, more like a paste. For what looks posh, the overall experience was poor, we sat our table that was reserved at 7pm and no one came up to us to ask so I had to go up and ask about 7:45pm.
Great atmosphere, great food and outstanding staff. I always look forward to going back.

We ordered food we were told it would be at least 45 minutes and we had to change what we wanted because they had sold out. It was only 7:30. In the end we cancelled our food order and left.

What a fantastic choice!! We booked the cocktail masterclass for 9 friends, who annually get together for our Christmas celebration. Having never been to All Bar One before we were unsure what to expect. Well, let me say, it exceeded our expectations!! The intimate round table to mix our cocktails, along with the most phenomenal host, Connor (or C-dog as we fondly referred to him!) were nothing short of perfect. The cocktails were sensational and Connor was so attentive offering the best service!! Highly recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Chester for cocktails (or dining - it was a lovely venue). Thank you once again.
