Staff members were rude and i heard them make comments about customers behind their back which is just immature and disrespectful. will not be going back again.

It was that good that we've been twice in one week. If you haven't been, you're really missing out. Food was unbelievable both times, the lead waiter was fantastic and referred to me by name all night, the team were great. We'll be coming back again!

Went here on NYE with the family 4 adults and one young child. At first all seemed very nice, we arrived about 20 minutes early and we're seated straight away. Our booking was for 18.15, after ordering some drinks they took our food order for both the starters and mains, this was at 18.30. Our starters arrived pretty quickly around 20 minutes after the initial ordering. Whilst we were waiting for our mains to arrive we had to endure a member of staff trying to sing to a selection of songs, when infact the closest description of his performance was murdering some classics screaming at the tip of his voice. My advice to the restaurant less is more, maybe just play some background music so the dinners can hear themselves, instead of worrying if there hearing would be permanently damaged. Back to the service by this time its 19.30 and so it's been about 45 minutes waiting for our mains. After asking about the food it finally arrived, pizza was at best takeaway standard with a much higher price tag, my lasagne was not much bigger than a 1st class stamp with absolutely no meat, so this got sent back, with a strong complaint. This was the first time we have been to this restaurant, and believe me, I would never go back hear again. SO VERY DISAPPOINTED

Honestly the worst meal I ever had I ordered the fillet steak and it didn’t say what it came with and it came with steamed carrots steamed broccoli with gravy unseasoned and had jaw ache from trying to chew through the steak Oh and to top it off the peroni tasted like I was sucking in a copper pipe

What a fantastic find this place was. Lovely welcome and Service by Chloe. Food was selected from festive menu and was served quickly and hot. I had mixed meats for appetiser and turkey escalope for my main meal. 3 of the party chose cheese for dessert which had a £4 surcharge. No chutney or grapes accompanied the cheese and when requested the manager highlighted the chutney and grapes had run out and no charge would be made. Chloe our host was impeccable, she went through all the menu and wine selection, for such a young girl her knowledge and professionalism was outstanding and because of this we will definitely be returning in the New Year. Well done bollicini we Wii certainly be coming Back, and don’t change what you are doing because you are doing it well.

We booked a table for two we arrived at the restaurant a little early and was asked to wait we were given a table stuck in a corner. Looking at the wine list everything was sold by the bottle we asked for wine by the glass and was told there were only two wines. We placed our order for food ordered two course food was a long time coming but was ok we finished our main course and waited for someone to o bring us the dessert menu but no one could be bothered to server us we intended ordering two deserts and coffees but after 15 min gave up and asked for the bill. We were not asked if we enjoyed our meal, we paid and left to he staff seemed to be more interested is providing drink to a large party the service was really bad if you are looking at for nice place to have meall find some of where else to this place is only interested in selling drink not service to customery.

To be honest I’m pushing it giving 2 star. Visited Friday 1st December for lunch with my parents and daughter. Walked in and the place was empty apart from one other table which for a Friday lunchtime waved a red flag but in we went. The staff were extremely pleasant and welcoming and took orders for drinks fairly promptly, but took a while to arrive. We ordered our food, some items off the festive menu and some off the main menu. So here goes… •Marinated salmon starter ordered by my parents, served in chunks, raw salmon not marinated, with a bit of marinade drizzled around the plate, •Calamari, average, bland. •Bruschetta (I mean if you get this wrong there’s a serious problem!)- thick ‘doughy’ white bread, hardly toasted, not enough garlic/oil/ herbs. Need to change the bread!!! •Pizza- looked good when it arrived but unbelievably soggy in the middle, the topping just slid off. Sent back, they said would remake but it was exactly the same. One slice eaten and then left it. • Risotto… I ordered the tomato base risotto but when it arrived it was clearly not, no tomato in sight. I tasted it, was very soft, ‘mushy’ no flavour. I spoke to the staff they apologised and said they would make a fresh one. This I doubt as it appeared in 5 minutes looking like some tomato had been stirred through. Still mushy, tasteless, inedible. I returned it by which time I’d totally lost my appetite. I suspected that the rice is pre-cooked and then added to whatever veg they have. This was then confirmed by the waiter as how it was prepared. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU COOK RISOTTO!! THE GOOD: The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful especially Roman, I think he’s a manager, who I chatted to about the food. They were very professional and I don’t blame them in the least. The drinks were very nice, the prosecco we had was lovely. The restaurant was immaculately clean and had a nice ambiance. But the issue is within the kitchen. I don’t like leaving a critical review and I mean this review to be constructive. I know we’re not the only ones to have had a poor meal here recently. Get back to basics where it’s needed with the dishes I’ve mentioned above. I wish you the best for the future.

Went tonight had a wonderful meal. My husband had a ribeye steak i had a chicken dish would highly reccommend. Pity it was our last night would have gone again if found sooner. Freddie the waiter was really lovely and the manager was very helpful and nice. The restaurant is very stylish would be even better in summer thankyou for a lovely experience
Super popular restaurant with amazing food. The highlight of our night was the amazing food and front of house lady who was super friendly, warm, welcoming and accommodating.

Had the best experience.Booked lqst minute for 8 of us to celebrate birthday of family member.Staff decorated table and brought out cake singing Happy Birthday.Food was gorgeous and menu has so many good choices.We all had different item and everyone loved their food.The garlic bread and cheese is size of large pizza and they even boxed up left over slices.the staff are just so lovely and really made sure everything went well.The restaurant is super clean and looks beautiful.They welcome children too so was a great family special occasion place to eat.Highly recommend and will be back again.

Ate here Saturday 18th November. Hadn't previously read reviews, not booked a table. Just stumbled across the place whilst in town. Both ordered starters and mains. Food arrived in a timely manner. Food was tasty and warm as should be. We do eat out regularly and last night was a lovely meal. We had no issues with the service or the food.

Group of 6.The young gentleman who I think was the manager was excellent.We have several issues with the food and drinks taking so long. This needs looking into.The quality of the food was just average. You can get better.
