Nero is the best coffee chain and despite three in Chester, all of them, including this one is fantastic in every way. Great atmosphere and decor and the staff are always friendly and efficient with great coffee. Kudos!

A typical Caffe Nero with the standard selection of hot and cold drinks as well as smacks. The seating area was clean, tidy, and spacious and I was served quickly and in a friendly manner.

Visited this one a couple of times, it is my favourite in Chester. I love the style of the building, the high ceilings and the artwork. Always been a nice, quiet atmosphere when I've been and the food and drink excellent.

Staff service was great and the order was what I wanted.Upon my visit I did notice that a delivery pickup was left on a table near the door for over ten minutes before it was collected by the driver. I would be aware if ordering delivery to keep that in mind as I can only imagine those drinks would be cold upon arrival. But the coffee shop itself was comfortable and enjoyable as I have found from my recent Caffè Nero visits.

Team in this store are so great! They are simply the best in Chester. Efficient, friendly and always go above and beyond to help.The “manager” on the other hand is the worst I have ever seen in a high street coffee shop. Please change to somebody with management experience.
