Wouldn't usually order for delivery, however we were feeling a bit lazy so decided to. Ordered through chester eats and spent around £30. Food arrived around 50 mins later and was all absolutely stone cold. I called the restaurant and the person who answered (rudely) told me that it couldn't be cold as it was sent straight out, and he doesn't have the authority to do anything about it but would speak to his manager and call me back.I then received a call from the manager, who was very rude and abrupt shouting at me, telling me that the food could not have been cold. He then said that he would get the driver to pick it up and take it back to the shop before sending a replacement out. I told him not to worry as I didn't want to wait another hour, and before I had chance to finish my sentence, he put the phone down on me.I would recommend AVOIDING at all costs.

Always been a brilliant place, never been able to fault. Tonight, was charged more than menu says and also food was luke warm and over done at best. Disappointed. Will continued to the ever trusted Jeff’s of Kingsway. Called up to inform them and they said I would have to go back and they would do it again after me already waiting 20 minutes over time. Would not recommend this place to anyone and they are most unhelpful to complain to.

I asked for 6 chicken wings, and it was £5.50, which is really expensive as for the taste it was just an ordinary wings nothing so special about it.

Fast delivery fresh food.. always hot.. been goin for yrs .. polite staff. Good value for money. Do deals aswell.. special burger is gorgeous. The donner meat is lighter than most places .. recommended. Sam the delivery driver is so lovely too
