“The service at slug and lettuce Chester was amazing, our server Ella was there for us everytime we needed anything. Very good customer service and very kind girl. However, we paid for a themed event for 4/5 songs to be playing over 2 hours isn’t what would expect I would expect constant songs on the themed event

“Came to the Cabinet Club on my birthday night out after having gone to a few different bars and this was by far my favourite place of the entire night. All the drinks are classic movie themed and the entire bar feels like a secret jazzy speakeasy, the vibe was incredible. The staff were absolutely amazing, giving us all the information we needed to know about our drinks, and how they recommended we drink them! Each one was so unique and was honestly more of a work of art than a drink, it was insane. My boyfriend doesn’t drink so asked what they could offer in terms of mocktails and they provided one of the amazing themed drinks but alcohol free so he was absolutely made up to feel included, as not every bar will give so much effort in terms of alcohol free drinks. Our lovely bartender even brought a cake over to our table that no one had even asked for! They just saw my birthday badge and did everything they could to give me a wonderful experience, and it honestly really made my birthday night out. I’ll be recommending it to anyone in Chester looking for a fantastic and unique night out.”

“60th birthday treat from my children - absolutely lovely. Very good choice of food...I had the burger which was very tasty, my son polishing off the half I couldn't eat! My husband had the chicken skewer which he said was excellent. My daughters had chicken caeser salad and my other daughter also had the burger. My son also had the squid starter. Service excellent, food excellent - thoroughly enjoyed my experience, topped off by a complimentary little birthday cake, candle and all. Would highly recommend.”
