A5480/Greyhound Park Road - Always clean. Friendly staff. Food and drinks always hot. Love their Latte B12 and Christmas Lattes the best. Cannot go shopping without a Costa. Can get a little busy but shows how good they are.

Been here today only to drink out of paper cup instead of glass which we prefer. Only 50 meters away there is MC Donald's which they do coffe for half price and also the have new Tim Hortons available. So they better think twice before messing the customer about. I know I am thinking thanking my business else where.

Dan who served me was an absolute star! Very helpful and so friendly! I am not easily pleased but that guy deserves a shout out. The rest of the staff are pretty good as well and convey that very appreciated chilled feeling we so crave when we are having a coffee!

If I could give 0 I would. I'm an experienced manager of a coffee shop with a big team under me. So my visit today I'm very understanding of how a DT works, staff and the amount of pressure they could be in. There was a member of staff called Dani this morning. His demeanor, attitude and how he spoke to us and the queue behind me was appalling. It changed the atmosphere immediately, and he was almost intimidating. I would've been mortified if a memeber of my staff spoke to customers like that. And I have heard that it's a regular thing that this employees attitude isnt good consistently. Big big let down. And some action should be taken/retraining.

Called in this evening to get a coffee to take to the hospital for my daughter who is a patient there. Only 2 staff on duty lots of dirty tables had to wait 15 minutes for a coffee which made me late for my visit

Coffee still good albeit slow but outside area is uncomfortable, unattractive,, loads of cigarette butts, and not very clean

I often visit this place, its one of my favorite coffee shops. It goes without saying that the coffee at Costa is of best quality, and the prices are very reasonable. This place, however, deserves special credit due to the massive parking lot available, as well as the cosy "outside area" it offers.
