I have a lactose intolerance and most often substitute cows milk for coconut milk in all my hot drinks. The same applies when I order from coffee shop. I ordered a orange hot chocolate and asked for coconut milk instead of cows milk, but was given cows milk. When I have visited here in the past, I’ve had to stop the baristas using cows milk and remind them I asked for coconut. This time, I was not able to as I was caught up at the till. Not ideal.

We stopped off while shopping as they were not busy. Had no cups available so had to have take out cups even though we were drinking in. Drink was ok but my cup leaked so ended up with hot chocolate all down me. Not the best look.

Open early on a bank holiday, quiet and quick service,clean and friendly staff,would recommend if your visiting or passing through its a good place to go if your early.

ordered from this costa and they delivered it with no lid??? so the whole bag was soaked and cup was completely empty. don’t know where they hire their staff from

Was Christmas shopping in Chester and popped into Costa for a brew, lovely staff here and always clean and quite spacious too.

Just dropped in for a large cappuccino Cafe short staffed which is expected in this current climate. Restaurant clean but only 2 staff so tables cannot be cleared when vacated. Not their fault. Cappuccino lovely as always. Costa is always very popular. Shame brexit has caused this.

For lunch time the counter was under staffed. The coffee was good and the tiffin lovely, just tests your patience when you wait so long to place a simple order

Nice coffee. Cake choice minimal. Favourite sold out at only 1pm. Toilet had huge queue due to one being out of use but staff (in the main) pleasant

Perfect customer service from Sebstian and Ellie. They were amazing, kind accommodating and charming. Really great people to be around and made a great atmosphere to relax in. My drinks were made quickly and tasted amazing.couldnt ask for more
