If I could give it 0 stars I would. Dry pizza with zero cheese and missing toppings. Wrong sides. This place is consistently awful gosomewhere else!!! When I called to report it I had to have the same conversation 5 times with 5 different people! Couldn’t understand anything I was saying!

Pizza as always was nice arrived timely however the driver told me he had forgotten the 1.25 litre drink and implied due to the distance he couldnt go get it, i said i will try and get a refund then after calling the store and being told "something" will be sent to me i neithier got the drink or the money for it

Awful service. Ordered and waited 1.5 hours and still no food. Rang after an hour as the app said it had been delivered and the man was rude but stated it would be with us in a few minutes, rang back 20 minutes later as still no food, same man stating it would be with us in 2 minutes, 15 minutes later still no food. Rang to request a refund and we got ‘yeah okay’ and they hung up the phone. Terrible terrible service.

We called twice to get it, and were promised both times it would arrive shortly. Never showed up. Unable to get refund for not delivered item. Horrid custumer experience. Stay away.

Because this Domino’s is close to our house, we regularly order from here. The quality is very much up and down, with wrong orders being frequent and cold (ish) pizza happening regularly even though only 2 minutes drive away. We have now ordered for the last time as they did not deliver our full order. We called twice to tell them about it and was promised they would send missing item immediately. Nothing came. We have also been in contact (sent email) to Domino’s to at least get a refund of the item not delivered, but no response. This is terrible customer treatment and we will not order from here again.
