Called in on lunch break, food absolutely fine standard quality for greggs , I visit many stores but woman serving was miserable and quite rude, stark contrast from the customer she served while I patiently waited. Won't use this greggs again! Will drive elsewhere where my custom is wanted. Awful service !

I've been visiting Greggs in Upton Chester for many months now, Lisa is a breath of fresh air. Always happy and smiling no matter what. She's an absolute asset to the company. Incredibly helpful, always puts a smile on your face and an all round good soul. The food is always tasty and your vegetable bakes are to die for ! Greggs food great as usual but the staff at this branch are downright rude and miserable. Customer service and training definitely a priority.
