We did book a table for 7 pm for 2 but despite this waited 20 mins for a table as the place was rammed a good sign with loads of people waiting for tables. Eventually got a table by the busy kitchen where we saw all the gorgeous food coming out. The service was faultless and attentive - the food was to die for - next time we will order half portions as they were massive and we both hate waste. If you have a chance do visit and get there early rather than later also you may be lucky and get a parking space outside. Thanks. One of the best Italians I’ve ever been to the food, service, staff everything about the place is amazing, I’ve been a few times with my girlfriend and each time gets better, we had the lasagne and penne al vodka with prawns with a shared cheesy garlic tomato pizza bread will be back very soon

No doubt one of the best restaurants I’ve ever tried.Pizzas were perfect we tried da Vinci and pastas were great as well, and about desert I had the best Panacota ever!Staff were lovely and super nice and cool!Definitely will come back here again^__^

Excellent experience. Went for lunch on a random Wednesday. They were able to get us a table despite it being busy. Food was amazing as was the service. La Fattoria never disappoints. Will be going back.

We had a table booked for my sister's birthday. The day we went it was raining heavily. We were forced to wait outside in the rain because of how many people were waiting. No staff acknowledged us for a while. So my only criticism is the waiting part. However, I was impressed with the food.

Hard workers with ‘Happy fun family’ ethos that clearly runs through the veins of La Fattoria annd infects the staff and the customers alike. “There’s only one La Fatt” Never mind Chester, I challenge you to find anywhere like this in the UK.

The BEST restaurant I have ever been too. If you book for 8pm. You may not be seated bang on 8pm. But the small wait is well worth it for the amazing food. Great atmosphere and service. The best Italian food I have ever eaten!
Living in the dark ages. No online booking tool. They ask you to send a WhatsApp message and then you get an auto response saying the number is no longer in use. I then emailed with a booking request. ‘We are unable to accept bookings by email, you need to call us’ Tried calling on 10 different occasions at different times of the day. It rings out and nobody picks up. Woeful experience. Booked elsewhere in 1 minute.

Would love to go but trying to book a reservation is virtually impossible. The website says to WhatsApp them so I did, receiving a reply three hours later saying ‘this booking service is no longer available’ and to make reservation by phoning a landline number. So I did….many times….over & over….no reply & no voicemail facility. I gave up & have booked elsewhere now, their loss! This has happened on two separate occasions now, I won’t be trying for a third ?. Need to get your booking system in order & go online like other places!

Very noisy, not a nice experience - I struggled to hear even the people sitting right next to me, no chance for a conversation as a group of friends. People in Chester do rave about this place, but I've always found the ambience extremely off-putting and the food, while good, is nothing you wouldn't get at elsewhere in Chester in nicer surroundings.
