I fell at the first hurdle. It seems driving to the drive through and ordering a meal has to be complicated with discussions of a code and a complete break down in understanding each other. The problem was solved when a different member of staff took over the intercom. Got served eventually but don't asked for the veggie burger if you're expecting to be served straight away.
