Standrad MD's food ordered via Deliveroo never again 3 orders in total placed over the past 3 months and every single order has had items missing, I think this continues to happen due to the all the steps you have to take to get a refund and you are not guaranteed to have the refund processed for your missing items nice little earner there for the location waould love to see their stocktake varient figures !

Every time we visit to takeaway food, get home burger, fries or muffin missing, and fries nearly cold

The kitchen staff are working really hard as there have been 2 accidents on the M56 today. The cleaning staff less so. They have closed off the section next to Costa and the place is filling up with travellers

This was the first time we had been here as we only live 15 minutes away. On this occasion we had our 2 year old grandson with us who needed lunch - so we stopped (unfortunately we didn't realise Chester Races was on - so it was pretty manic). There are plenty of self servoce machines to order you food at. The wait wasn't too long although we didn't get the fries with his Happy Meal but this was rectified quickly. I had the double cheeseburger (could do with the rolls being the same size as the burger) and fries with a hot chocolate. It did the job as a quick lunch. There were plenty of tables which were regularly being cleaned and wiped down. Plenty of car parking.

First time here and it was busy. Nice McDonalds. And as you'd expect, it's slightly pricey with it being at a service station.

I was very surprised how clean and tidy this place was. The food from mc Donald's was fast and spot on. The public toilets were clean and didnt smell which is always a bonus. It has more shops than I thought it would and they all looked well kept. There was something for everyone. It was a pleasant place to stop off and would definitely go there again.

I didn't use McDonald's here as it was packed out. But just to let the ones who use chairs of some sort to get about. There is loads of room to maneuver,and the screens are easy to reach.

It's McDonalds so it was lovely. The self service machine died on me but the staff were very helpful and we enjoyed our breakfast in the car.

Terrible, we got no fries with our meal, it was dry, no fresh salad, fruit bags were off. Don’t bother, go to the burger van instead

Service was as expected for a lunchtime at a motorway service station. Order was processed efficiently and food was fresh and hot. One minor point - the waste bins need updating as the 'Plastics' shows a lid and straw however straws are now paper so need disposing in a different bin

Dreadful! 2 big tasty with bacon, both cold and no bacon. Not busy so no excuse to get it so wrong!!
