Visited the store today at lunch and it was shut. There was a handwritten sign on the shutters saying "gone for lunch" but no re-opening time which makes the sign pretty

3 stars as unfortunately we didn’t get to try anything. We hoped to have a milkshake but there was no ice cream at all so we could not have one. I have ordered Millie’s giant cookies online in the past and they are delicious but I think the single smaller ones are overpriced

I have had a lovely visit today Natalie was lovely I wanted a last minute giant and was worried I wasn’t going to get one but Natalie was amazing and got one done for me in 15 mins fantastic well done can’t thank her enough Thankyou for making me feel so welcome

Great service! Supported myself and other University of Chester Events Management students by donating Millie’s cookies for our bake sale to help raise money for our event which is in aid of Kids Bank Chester. The cookies went down a treat at the bake sale. Would definitely recommend!

I would just like to say thank you to the two ladies that were working on Sunday 20th November in the Chester store. My daughter fainted and I needed water for her and these two ladies helped me with that. So I would like to say thank you to them both.

Visited this week to get some cookies as I know they do a pack of 4 for a certain price. Lady behind the counter seemed like she didn't want to be there, wasn't very helpful. Didn't bother telling us until the cookies were in the box that the chocolate chip cookies had a separate price and were not included in the 4 cookie deal so had to pay extra for them. Which honestly, I don't mind, but it would have been good know that as we asked about the deal as well. Overall, wasn't the best experience there. Cookies were nice but nothing too special. However, I went there on Wednesday afternoon to enquire about one of the large cookies, and the lady behind the desk was lovely, couldn't have been more helpful! So thank you for that!

Today I recieved wonderful service with a smile from the lovely Natalie at Millie's Cookies. Wonderful cookies and incredible service and had a really lovely experience and will be coming back again!

I came for 12 cookies for my friends birthday and the girls were so friendly and chatty and they couldn’t do enough for me I can’t Thank them enough for all their help fantastic, Thankyou so much I was so impressed I asked them for their names so I can write this wonderful review.
