Gentlemen who served me was very slow. It took him along time to give me £1.30 change. I thought he didn't understand our money. He didn't understand what I wanted. When my order came it was burnt. Asked for decaff tea got ordinany. Got charged for oat milk when we had normal milk. He also charged me for a bacon and egg roll when I had a bacon roll. Was very disappointed. Will not be going back. Have had very service in the past.

Wonder if they are new owners. Didn't seem to know anything about the food served. Asked a question and they had to find someone to answer me. The old staff seem to have disappeared, perhaps being sacked to make way for the new comers. Not a nice way to start. The toilet roll was on the floor behind the toilet. Won't be going again.

Recently found this little café in the Grosvenor shopping centre and food has always been excellent. Service is great as well. The Chorizo, chicken and mozzarella paninis are delicious but the toasties a little disappointing but still tasty. The caramel milkshakes and lattes are perfect. Staff tend to be on top of clearing tables and delivering food to tables quickly.

We have been twice recently and the food has been really good. Staff are very pleasant, tables are cleared and cleaned promptly. The spinach tart is excellent!

The raspberry white chocolate muffin didn't even look nice on display, but I bought it anyway (£3.75). Unbelievably dry and barely any taste. I think the staff / bakers of the cakes actually need to try them. I wouldn't come here again.

I ordered a chicken tikka flat bread to go. I didn’t open it til I was on my way out of town. They had charged me £5+ for a vegetable, cheese and pesto flat bread, it was disgusting and not at all what I ordered, also it was very small, bad customer service and bad value for money! I won’t be returning.

Dirty tables full of used cups and plates, staff chatting amongst themselves while we were kept standing there.Dirty very unhygenic toilets,we reported this, the girl behind counter looked in then walked away!! Will not return and would not recommend.

Food had not been cooked enough. Scones were doughy inside. Blueberry muffins were the same. For the price you would expect better

Not only is the atmosphere very warm and friendly, but the food and drinks are wonderfully made. The customer service here is fantastic and they always make sure you are satisfied with your experience.

A great experience had by myself this morning. After a brisk frosty winters walk across the wall I decided to find respite in the Shopping mall and grab a coffee and cake at Muffin Break.I was the first customer in the business and the level of service was second to none!Food was delicious!Great place. Especially at the price point.

First time there yesterday. Ordered tea and toasted cheese and red onion. 30 mins wait then food was delivered. No teaspoon fo tea. No knife to cut the toast which looked like had just been thrown onto the plate. The cheese was horrible, tasted like it was processed and rubbery. Cost £8.75. The staff were not at all pleasant. An experience never to be repeated.Vegetarian options: Various

Good coffee, good food but poor service, mixed up or misunderstood orders. Plus, one of the staff members was too busy listening to music on bluetooth headphones and drinking her own coffee before serving the customers.

This is a lovely coffee shop let down by charging 60p for plant milk, I chose not to have a coffee because of this but my wife had one and she enjoyed it, we had a Vegan cherry and almond muffin that was nice although not as sweet as I'd of expected and was let down with it also being gluten free although that may be a positive for some.
