Always great food and drink. However, my dad went in to order, and he is from a hospitality background. The server made him feel very uncomfortable. He has an Italian accent, and she was very belittling to him. Making out, she couldn't understand him, which led to him getting a little self-conscious. He has been here for over 40 years and speaks perfect English. Maybe employees could do with a little training in this department as Cheshire Oaks has a variety of cultures visiting. I know this myself as I used to work in the complex myself. We usually love this place. We will continue to go but would suggest a bit more staff training in this department.

My mum likes it here so we often stop for a coffee & a sandwich/toastie.Coffee is usually pretty good. Food choice & quality in my experience varies.Service was slow last time I visited, wondering if they were short staffed aswell because the tables weren't being cleared & the floor was quite littered.It's quite a small unit, so feels pretty cramped in terms of space inside, although there is outdoor seating if the weather isn't too cold.

I had a terrible experience in Pret Cheshire Oaks this afternoon. I was at the queue to wait for the payment. I was holding the soup it was very hot and I was at the queue for 2 minutes already. When I saw the lady in front of me is at the counter to pay. I put the soup at the counter top just waiting my turn to pay. The manager at the back of the counter said I should not just slip to the queue and asked me to go back to.the lengthy queue! I said I did not jump on the queue. She did not listen. If the food is not ordered for my colleague I would have left immediately. Her attitude is very rude. I feel disgusting. I will not go back to there if she is in there.

I love the food at pret but quite often this prett seems to have sold out whenever I go. And the place looked like a bomb had hit it. Tables and chairs messily left. Had to weave my way to a seat and trying to find a clean table was hard. So not so pleasant to sit at.

fabulous!!! popped into pret this afternoon with my friend and was warmly greeted by the fabulous team at cheshire oaks. a great selection of food on offer, and as a vegetarian all the veggie products were clearly labelled which helped massively :) my hot drink was prepared by the kindest barista ever …. i didn’t catch his name but he was tall with blond hair…absolute power house of cheshire oaks!! i would definitely recommend pret cheshire oaks to anyone passing by…wonderful team :)
