Booked this venue for a Christmas Eve family meal. Our first visit here and we were not disappointed. The food was very nice and the service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant interior is tastefully done and although the restaurant gets busy it does not get loud or boisterous.

Celebrated my 85th birthday here on 13th December with a set banquet for two (again). Great food well presented by an efficient and friendly staff. They even boxed up the remains of our feast - we have small appetites - so we enjoyed another excellent meal at home the following day. This is my favourite Chinese restaurant, and we have visited it several times, always with pleasure.

Great food served up by amazing Anna! Myself & Dad had a stunning banquet swapping crispy duck for crispy lamb and it was all cooked to perfection! We finished the evening with a top notch Irish Coffee!

Great place with great food. Bit on the steep side, but definitely worth it! Their Kung Po pork loin with cashews and chilli is just fabulous, but everything we've had was lovely!

The best chinese food we have ever eaten , service was impeccable , food was hot , quick and delicious , very reasonably priced, we didn’t book and turned up late on a wednesday night the restaurant was full but they made space for us, Totally amazing .

Decided to try after reading the reviews and comparing to other restaurants. In a very old building but had a great feel to it and place was comfortably warm. Spot on for a big meal. We decided to go for a banquet for vaule and wasn't disappointed at all. Found the prices slightly on the high side Compared to other restaurants however the quality of the food and service made up for this. Couldn't fault the service was quick very friendly and spot on. This also goes for the food good no problems at all here. Only thing for out of town was a little on the expensive side. Banquet for 2 with glass of Coke 2 glass of wine. £ 86.00. Cark park is also small but enough spaces if not to busy.Parking: Has own Cark park but isn't huge

This was our 1st visit and after reading the reviews decided to try it and couldn't fault it. 15min walk from our apartment,didn't book and no problem getting a seat. For a Tuesday night there was a good amount of people in and the staff were very helpful and attentive. We had duck in orange sauce which was one of the best we have had and pork fillet in ginger and spring onion sauce along with noodles and egg fried rice, it all was delicious. We had a bottle of house wine which was lovely aswell. If visiting Chester again we will definitely be back!

Everything about this restaurant is 5 star, from the welcome by lovely staff, classy but relaxing ambience, and delicious food. Our seafood sharing platter was sumptuous, plumb scallops, crispy prawns, mussels cooked in shells with amazing sauce and crispy seaweed. My pork fillet sizzling dish with ginger and spring onions was delicious and my husband's duck with orange sauce was very tender with crispy skin with a not too sweet well-balanced sauce. The lady who served us was charming. I wish we lived nearer as we would be there every week no doubt about it. Thank you to staff and chef for making a memorable evening for us.

Recommended to us by the owner of the hotel just up the road and quite rightly so. The building is a converted pub but has a good Chinese vibe to the decor and furniture. We shared three generous dishes plus rice and it was some of the best Chinese food we have eaten for a long time. The staff were a delight, especialy after the waitress found out we could speak some Cantonese. We will definitely go again when we are next in Chester.
