I don't usually like to write bad reviews as this can be quite detrimental to places during these hard times. I regularly come in to Starbucks (and have written 5* reviews in the past) BUT the last few times I have been quite shocked. The way the new manager speaks to members of staff (and sometimes the customers) is awful, she could be standing there and order someone do to the job she should be doing. I've notice a few times that at their busiest hour she will disappear, one day for about 20 minutes while a member of staff was left on her own to take orders and make them while she left the shop. There is also a guy the comes in only on the days she's in and she'll stop what she is doing and goes straight over to him, leaving customers to wait longer than they had. She's even kissed him on the shop floor which I think is highly unprofessional whilst working and not on break! This only some of the things I've seen the last couple of weeks!

Visited this Starbucks recently and enjoyed really good service from the staff, the coffee was good and so where the cakes.
Lovely drive through Starbucks on a small industrial estate. It has a modern feel to it and was extremely clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and there is even outdoor seating for when the weather is nice. Great little Starbucks

If only Starbucks were as interested about coffee as they are dodging their tax returns.The friendly staff and modern interior don't make up for the generally low milk steaming standards, so one morning on my drive through I thought I'd just have a black americano instead, because how hard can that be? £3.45 later and I'm sipping on a hot cup of muddy puddle water.
