As we sat down, the first question asked was were there any allergies. We informed of a banana allergy in the group and proceeded to order our mains. When it came to desert we ordered a dish where there was no mention of banana. When it came, the plate was decorated with banana. Shocking! Whilst the allergy is not life threatening, it is serious enough to cause severe vomiting. The staff apologised half heartedly but not enough to feel they had taken it seriously.

A wide ranging selection of ales , loved the little rooms and the food was second to none - really really enjoyed this place !
The ambiance here is so chilled and the staff are always fabulous plus never had anything other than great food experience!! If you live or just visit Chester this has to be high on your list of venues!
