I'm not one for "punching down" in these reviews and I'm not sure whether my experience here is typical of all Tim Hortons but this, by far, was some of the worst fast food I have ever eaten.The meat used in the burger was incredibly cheap and nasty with a strange reformed consistency. Every bite left a film of grease on the tongue and the few bites I had still leave a strong aftertaste hours later. Im also not a 100% convinced it was cooked the whole way through. Vile.The lattice fries were also a bizarre mix of under and over cooked tastless potato.I did have to laugh when, on leaving, I noticed numerous signs cheerfully telling me they'll "see you tomorrow". I'd rather starve.

Asked to give a 5 star review at the drive thru window in exchange for a free doughnut. Although this is my "honest review". The food is generally better than McDonald's, however is reflected in the price. On this occasion the burger was a bit dry and there were an abnormal amount of onions and the server forgot my dipping sauce, despite telling me they had put it in the bag. The service was OK but wasn't too keen on giving a 5 star review before I had even received my order, just to obtain free food, and provide an inaccurate review, hence me editing it to reflect my experience.

I have been here a few times and it’s been great ! … but on this occasion I’ve never had the service I’ve had today it was disgusting ….. the lady got my drinks wrong .. and when I went to tell her and say please can you make the right drinks she walked away…. Don’t get what for … even her colleague said you’ve made them wrong .. and didn’t get her behaviour….The manager said sorry about it and remade them (… they tasted awful don’t get what he did to remake them… … as one was watery, tasteless and again another one wrong…..)Guess with the lady who can’t hold a conversation without walking off … didn’t get spoken too as it didn’t look like he was going to correct her behaviour… or at least say he’s sorry and will speak her her about it.. if it was me I would of made her say sorry to the customer…. she’s lucky I didn’t react back to her …. But she definitely shouldn’t be working around people … and if so she’s going to need a lot more training…..

The food is generally really nice here, burgers are much meatier than McDonalds opposite. We like to come on a Sunday to get a meal for a fiver which is great value for money. The fries were a bit dry today, but the duty manager was apologetic and offered to cook us a fresh portion without argument. Would definitely recommend coming here.
Really lovely staff, food is good! The Sunday deal for £4.99 is really good value, much prefer than other fast food restaurants:))
