I visited on a Monday morning recently and this was obviously a busy time. The place was understaffed so what few staff were there were rushed off their feet. I witnessed an impatient customer who was dealt with in a very professional manner by Rachael, well done. Overall I would go again when hopefully there are more staff working so putting less pressure on both customers and limited staff.

Ordered take-out soy latte, and somehow the guy behind the counter achieved what no one else in that Costa has ever managed to achieve and that was to f' up a basic soy latte with gluten. Now ill, and will be for days. Absolute idiot. There are words I'd like to use in this comment, but they will result in my comment being deleted but figure it out for yourself. Desperately poor practice.

First visit to this branch , and it will be my last . Very slow service . Took me at least 20mins to queue and receive my drink . Place was crowded, probably due to the slow service. Tables looked quite untidy too.

Called in for a coffee, practically empty but OMG are they slow. People aren’t here for a day out just a coffee. You all need to wake up and speed up. Oh and the place is filthy considering you just had a refit!!

Visited sunday sept 5th after skipping breakfast at local hotel came here for breakfast . Was not let down young lady on her own was fantastic . Warmed our cups as requested and made 2 delicious Cappuccinos and beautifully toasted our pastries with a great smile. Gave us a wonderful start to the day. Thank you
