Staff are always lovely. Food and drink are always nice.Unfortunately the coffee shop is freezing. No heating. Apparently Costa are not going to repair it. Uncomfortable for customers.

Absolutely shocking customer service ! Went in on 26/8/23 with my sister and my niece and nephew. My nephew is 5 years old and was waiting to go into the toilet and someone who had just come out let him in before we had chance to catch the door it had closed. With the door handel being so high meant he was now locked in. A male member of staff was walking past so I had explained the situation and asked him for the code for the door and with a smirk on his face her told me that the code was on the bottom of the receipt and walked off as if it was funny that my nephew was locked in the toilet? After he has returned I had told him I was never given a receipt and I needed to access this code as my nephew was in there. He rudely repeated his initial comment of it being on the receipt and walked off with a smile on his face. After this I went over to the female member of staff who was behind the counter making drinks explained what had happened and explained how rude the other member of staff was and she also turned round and said “well it is on your receipt” to which I explained that she didn’t give me a receipt and she then slammed another customers receipt on the side and said “it’s at the bottom”. After this we gained access to the toilet via the code on the bottom of the receipt and the member off staff behind the counter then proceeded to slag myself of indiscreetly to another customer. After about 5 minutes of this happening they then let someone into the toilet without them even buying anything even put the code in for them and opened the door. I personally think this is absolutely ridiculous.

Horrible customer service. Asked for the code to get into the toilet as my 4 year old had accidentally locked himself in, when asked the staff said code is at the bottom of your recipt but when trying to explain to the staff i was not given a recipt with my order they continued repeating 'its on the bottom of your recipt' and walked away. I then approached the woman behind the counter to explain what had just happened and get the code she then give me a crumpled up recipt and said 'well it as at the bottom of your recipt' then say slagging us off to one of there regular customer. Will not be returning

we went as a few friends, 3/5 of us were eating actual costa products, the others had food but were very discreet. we were informed by a member of staff to leave for “not eating costa products” we thought this wasn’t necessary as we actually did and tried to inform the lady before walking away and continuing to call security on all of us in less than 1 minute. the security guard tried to inform the staff member that she was in fact wrong however that didn’t work. not happy, disgusting customer service.

What an efficient group of staff here. Never been served so fast despite there being a queue. Incredibly friendly staff. Makes a difference to your day when people are so helpful and friendly. Great coffee and toastie too.

Has coffee only, as it was empty when we got there, served quickly , once we were understood what we wanted, don't know what is so difficult about a decaf latte extra hot, and a large latte, was so hard to understand, after saying it 3 times . Coffee was the same Tempreture as my friends Tables were full of dirty cups, packets ,and spilled drinks.

Got looks of disgust from the other customers that where old and others that wore old jeans and worn out hiking trainers. The order was wrong and took far too long.

Not a pleasant visit !Tea for two . Cups not cleaned properly.Weused our own wet wipes .When I asked to use the toilet, he informed me to use the bottom of my receipt to unlock the door.I told him he did not give me a receipt , so he walked away. When he came back i agaain asked for a key , to which he repeated his storyabout the bottom of my reicept .then I made him understand he had not given me my receipt !!With a twisted face he unlocked the door!PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE or justDELIBERATELY DUMB ?

Popped in for a Latte, coffee shop quite quiet with no queue. The seating area was clean and tidy and the drink was a nice temperature and tasted good.

Nice to see the rotunda fully open and busy with people. The place was spotless and the guys their usual friendly selves. Coffee of course was great as always.

Costa have now changed the award points from credit to use in Costa shops to free cups of coffee, using the credits you have built up over the years.
