Sunday 3rd March. The young chappie who was serving on drive through this morning was an absolute pleasure to be served by. He was pleasant, well mannered and very upbeat . He comes across like he loves his job and is happy to serve you. There are not many drive thru s that you can say that about. If I had my own business I would have him working for me. He is a credit to you costa.

Dont think this costa should have even been open when we visited 2 weeks ago!! Massive queue and while waiting noticed flies on the croissants! Pointed this out and the staff said theyd have a look. After being served it was difficult to find a table without dirty crockery on but more than that there wasnt a table that didnt have flies on - they were even on the walls! When someone did come round clearing we pointed the problem out and were told 'yes, weve an issue with them. We're waiting for someone to come and fog the place'!!! It should have been closed for day!! Disgusting, wont use again for sure

Least helpful branch I've been to.. holding a child and needed a hand carrying drinks with table but Jenni told me all customers must collect their own drinks. I get it was busy but every little helps. Won't be going back.

We had a latte, hot chocolate & a chocolate tiffin for a treat! The nice lady who served us added marshmallows & cream to the hot chocolate ? great service. Very friendly & under a tenner.The Costa was quite busy with it being lunchtime.There's limited parking outside the Costa with it being a drive thru but there's plenty of space at the pub next door. 30 second's walk.
We attended today to redeem a birthday treat on the Costa App… I always make sure I leave reviews when I receive good customer service… the level of customer service we received was amazing. We were served by a young male called Andrew- what a credit to Costa! He was bubbly, helpful and just so friendly.

Great place, never any big queues and the staff are welcoming and friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Theirs a couple of spaces right by the front doors and the floor plan is considerate to wheelchairs.

Female staff members quite rude. Asked about blue light discount when paying (Starbucks give 10% off) - the girl on the till didn’t know so asked her team member who didn’t even turn around just snapped “no”. Staff are wearing blue gloves (which should be used to handle food and then disposed of) and then touching their hair, piercings and handling money. Fly in the cake cabinet landing on uncovered cakes ? no wonder the place was empty!

I went in yesterday....and wow, the young lady that served me, Emily. Was the happiest and most approachable barista that I've ever met. She recommended her favourite coffees and she didn't dissapoint. Will happily be popping in again soon!!
