Just really awkward staff. Had a voucher and asked if they could check if it could be used as it's mothers day. Response was "what's your point"... reiterated is it valid, response "dunno". Then asked for a comfy table if possible (bad back), "no, they have to stay empty as they're for 4 people and we're gonna be busy". This was at 6:30 which was fair enought. They then put us against wall with a draught, (the red panelling is full of holes) which they knew about and said they hoped someone will fix one day... They begrudingly moved us to one of the other 15 empty tables they had. And the 4 booths that were empty, still empty as we left, with 4 others now empty as well. This was by now 8pm (close at 9 on Sunday). Had the cheek to ASK for tip too, and had a "nice" comment in portuguese as we walked out. Just really disappointed the last two times we've been.

We had a lovely tea here. We were seated in a comfy booth and served/checked on by three separate people - they were all cheerful, polite and efficient. We felt well looked after and our food was great. Thanks all!

We were made to feel very welcome as a walk in on a busy day and given excellent service by Corina. The food was amazing and very filling. Will be back

Was unimpressed. Very expensive for what it was. Had the mix fajita, steak was very chewy and prawns were inedible to be honest. Literally came with a tiny pots of salsa, guacamole etc, maybe a tablespoon if that. For the price, is just shocking tbh. Service wasn’t great either. Nancho was okay, but £13! Crazy. Won’t be returning anytime soon. Far better options in the area

Waited over an hour and a half for our food, only to be told that it had been ready for a long time, just not handed to us. Food was cold by the time we got it. No refund or any sort of reimbursement offered. Burger was overcooked and dry. Nachos were stale. Chilli was mainly tasteless at best. Will not be returning.
