The hotel looks nice but the service at reception is abysmal. When we arrived, our room wasn't ready despite us arriving after check in time. We were told they had no idea when it would be ready & we could hang out in the bar (minus a complimentary beverage for our trouble!) We had been travelling for 10 hours at that stage and just wanted to lie down. An hour later, I asked was the room ready and was met with a no & a blank 'computer says no' face and again told they didn't know when it would be. At this stage I'd enough of this outrageously bad customer service & said we needed a room asap. A manager turned up then & gave us a different room, which could have been done in the first place but we weren't given the option. Apparently a couple of housekeepers were sick, and I totally understand that stuff like this happens which puts pressure on things but it was the complete lack of wanting to help that really annoyed us. Just such a bizarre way to treat customers. And on the way out they took my money and barely said goodbye! The food was really good in the restaurant & the service much better there. The beds were also very comfortable. The hotel is grand if you are happy being ignored and aren't in a rush for anything.

We were attending a wedding here, we loved the place. Beautiful scenery , amazing interior of the property, the rooms were clean & very comfy . Fluffy pillows , comfy beds & friendly staff . We took away many memories from here. Highly recommended

This is our 4th time visiting Inglewood manor and it never fails to disappoint. The staff were friendly as always & we were given a warm reception. We started off with afternoon tea for our wedding anniversary and it was delicious. The service was great offering top ups of drinks throughout. Also a side note that I very much appreciated not feeling a nuisance having an allergen request. We then had a little walk around the manor grounds before making our way to our room. The ‘cosy double’ was a fantastic size with a lot of space. I think the only thing we noted is that some parts of the room are starting to look a little tired. The seal on the shower is coming off, a stain on the floor by the mirror etc but it didn’t effect our stay at all. We had a great nights sleep especially after asking for a fan which was no issue. The following morning we enjoyed a beautifully cooked breakfast! We were so thankful that it has gone back to table service as it’s so much better than the buffet style we saw after covid. Overall another fantastic stay and we will definitely be back.

Maybe just a bad day, because breakfast was great. But, evening meal: the chef forgot to add any flavour or seasoning to the vegetable risotto, I honestly can't believe anyone in the kitchen has ever actually tasted it, it was utterly, utterly bland. The chips with parmesan and truffle were great though! (though again lacking seasoning). The Eaton mess didn't have any meringue! (The chef had forgotten apparently...) And perhaps they want to revisit the idea of serving a hot cake and sorbet in the same bowl—you have perhaps 30 seconds before the sorbet is completely liquid, and no one wants that.

We stayed at the Inglewood for just one night, on Friday 11th September. The gentleman who checked us in at around 5pm, was very friendly and helpful and the hotel and surrounding gardens were perfect. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant, where the food was excellent. The young man who attended to our table, was so helpful and friendly. The following day, breakfast was served by two further helpful and friendly ladies and once again the food was excellent. Piping hot and plenty of it. All in all, an excellent stay. Thank you so much to all the staff who made our stay so enjoyable. Russ

We recently attended a family wedding here. The venue is beautiful. Everything went smoothly, and everything was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this venue to others. Lovely grounds and outside area to sit. We had pizza and ice cream outside, which was very different but lovely and enjoyed by everyone.

Excellent place to stay , beautiful location , staff so friendly, helpful and professional, nothing was too much trouble for them. Room was clean and cosy. Breakfast was well cooked and had a good choice. Our only regret is that we only stayed one night and didn't use the restaurant for our evening meal. Thank you.

What a beautiful place! We only stayed for one night but wish we could have stayed longer. The staff were so nice and made you feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The grounds are so well looked after. Breakfast was very good too. My husband is vegetarian and had the veg full English. Eggs were perfectly cooked. Really recommend

The staff were very polite and helpful from the start. Beautiful grounds, and lovely room. Breakfast was delicious too, very attentive staff, nothing too much trouble. I am vegetarian and they provided everything I asked for, including soya milk.

We had a lovely stay, staff very polite and helpful, white gloves worn in restaurant to serve food, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. The grounds are extensive, if the weather had been good we would have made more of this. It was a great, old fashioned, break with beautiful surroundings.
We had our wedding here. The staff were excellent on the run up the wedding and were very responsive to any enquiries. I'm Coeliac and they accommodated my dietary requirements both at the taster meal and during the entire wedding. My Mother who has very complex dietary requirements was easily catered for and for which the chef built an entirely separate menu. The venue itself is amazing and many of our guests spoke about how beautiful it was. The wedding ran perfectly and our duty managers Hayden and Emily sorted out everything. On the day we had a couple of guests that hadn't informed us of dietary requirements in advance but they sorted out new food for them no issue. Would recommend as a wedding venue, it's very well run and a beautiful location for a wedding.
