Was disappointed by the lady behind the till who insisted I could not by a product from the shop due to her not having change. Then said nobody pays with cash as if to say that I was doing something wrong. Maybe some training in how to speak to people correctly might help.

I was upset that I couldn't find a single shell for my A-level art project. But the fuel was of a good quality and my internal combustion engine was thankful for the drink.
