Asked for a toasted subway at 4:15 and was told that the ovens had been switched off for the day. Other customers asked for a hot drink and this had been switched off too.If you’re going to stay open until 5, please offer all menu items until at least 4:45.Otherwise, the food is delicious.

Honestly I feel sorry for the conveyor belt of staff at this branchDuring weekend lunch peak they only ever bave 2 peopleIt’s sad to say that the location os consistently being let down by trying to penny pinch and not have enough staffAlways been this way and honestly given them to many opportunities

Do not ask me if I want my sandwich cheese and toasted then leave it on the side for 10 mins going cold. If your going to serve more than 1 customer at a time, make sure the 7 sandwiches already sat on the side going cold have been wrapped and sent out the door

We hadn't been to this branch before but were very impressed. The food was great and they were well stocked with everything. The service was great & the restaurant was very clean and tidy. The toilets were also very clean too.Parking: There is a reasonably sized car park in front of the restaurant and it is usually fairly easy to get a parking spot there.

Once again this branch let us down! Not open at the time advertised and kept changing the opening times and then when they did open they had no breakfast again!!! Poor service.

Slowest service ever today. 40 minutes to get served... with only 5 people in front of us. Only 2 people working one was clearly new and had no clue what was going on and both incredibly slow and both teenagers. It is extremely frustrating to watch someone fold paper at snails pace when you've been waiting for such a long time. Not impressed. Train your staff properly or get more in subway.

Subway is what it is, the great aspect is that you can have your sub your way. It also remains good value in a time of increasing prices.
Person who served me today was very polite, could have butty exactly how I wanted it, stock was good (all bread available etc.). Good standards from my pov.
