Listed our requirements over the phone and found to be upsold on every item producing a rediculously high bill for a family of 4. Reviewed the order, reducing all of the upsold items to reduce the entire bill by 25 percent. Arrived to collect 30 to 40 mins later to be informed that they hadn't even started cooking the order. Reason being that the order had been changed during the order process. Had a printed receipt of the correct order in hand but claimed they were not sure what the order was. An absolute joke of a business. Be carefull as they try to rip you off with upsales. Don't waste your time collecting as they do not prepare your order until you arrive. Staff are rude and full of attitude lacking any understanding of customer service. Never ever again for me. I repeat, an absolute joke.

Well.. where should I start!I went for a pizza with my partner even after all the bad press!We were spoken too very rudely and decided to leave!I then returned to ask why we were treated in this way when I was told my partner was a drug addict and had been causing trouble previously! Which I know was in correct because she doesn’t take drugs and I had been with her all night. I was then called a lunatic and had too leave as I have major anger issues, well done me

Honestly some of the rudest , most unhinged men ive ever had the misfortune of meeting ! Genuinely, don’t know how they stay in business! Vile little men! Makes you wonder , if they’re that rude and dismissive to your face what are they doing with your food ……..worrying!

I ordered food with them they didn't get my oder correct I went back to ask for them to correct my order or have a refund they completely refused to correct my order or refund took my order away an threw it in the bin an refused completely to redo my ordered £26.30 worth of food I paid for that they didn't give me an wudnt refund me or give me the correct order I would definitely not go back here

We ordered a vegetarian hot pizza for takeaway. When we got home, saw meat and pepperoni on the pizza. When called, they said we will have to take the pizza to the takeaway. We couldn't. The phone was then abruptly cut off. They don't seem to respect vegetarians. Absolutely not a word of apology, instead rudely disconnected the phone.

Me and my partner got donner meat and chips each and we both couldn't eat it, it was swimming in grease and the meat under cooked, didn't even give it to the dogs it went straight in the bin and ended up cooking a spaghetti bol

We ordered vegetarian hot pizza to take away for collection. We are vegetarian by birth so we specifically asked for the vegetarian one but the guy who took order was not much bothered about it. We collected pizza and when we started eating , it turned out to be a non vegetarian, we could see meat and peparoni. When we called the lady on phone didn’t apologise and ask us to come back. By this time I have had a glass of wine so told her I can not drive. She disconnected my call without any resolution We have just moved into this area and our first experience is absolutely horrible. I will never go to this place again.

Reasonably priced with sime good offers.We got the meal deal 3, two 10 inch pizzas, 10 cheesey garlic bread and 2 cans of drink for £19.Food was really nice too.Staff were good eggs as well.

Probably the best kebab we have had, we also got the bucket of chicken wow loads of beautiful cooked crispy chicken that come with fries and coleslaw and a bottle of coke, Plenty for a family of 4. We will definitely be ordering from Top Tasty again. Very happy customers.
