“Liam, who made my sandwich, was apparently only training but was the most allergy-aware member of staff I’ve come across anywhere. He immediately understood my severe dairy allergy; pointed out the turkey is butter-roasted and so unsuitable for me; opened vegan crisps for me and made the sandwich on a separate board so as to avoid contamination. This is extremely unusual in my long experience. He deserves commendation for being so on the ball. All the staff were very friendly in all parts of the huge building.”
