3 of us went for Christmas lunch. We all opted for the Turkey dinner and they were all fantastic, very tasty and great portions. We had 3 separate desserts and again, they were all great. Treacle pudding was best ever.Service was quick and very friendly.Would highly recommend this place to everyone.

We went for Christmas Lunch. All 3 of us opted for the turkey dinner which was fantastic, really tasty with big portions. We each had a separate pudding and again, all were fantastic. Service was quick and really friendly.

Beautiful hidden gem of a place. So glad we found it. Such tasty food, fish cake and cheese and potato pie really delicious. Desserts to die for especially sticky toffee pudding, and the pear and ginger bread and butter pudding. Might need to book next time, can get busy! Thanks for a great experience.

I had the eggs benedict, my better half had the ham egg and chips. The quality of the produce was good, as was the price. The large pot of tea for two was also lovely as were the China tea cups.My only real gripe with the food was my poached eggs, one had an overdone yolk with an underdone runny white, the other was better, but rhe white was still.uder done, and runny.Being a bit of a cook myself, I could only guess that they use one of those old bainmarrie poachers instead of dropping them into boiling water with white vinegar, as is the norm.I will probably go again but will avoid poached eggs.

I spent an incredible Saturday afternoon with six friends here for my witch-themed baby shower. The brilliant ladies at The Cobbles went above and beyond to pull together an exquisite afternoon tea - I only had to give them a few details for what I was hoping for and they were away. They decorated the venue (cauldron and wind-up mice included), themed the food, created a gorgeous signature mocktail and looked after us so well throughout the afternoon I was in happy tears more than once!I thought the food might be a challenge since most of us are veggies, but they packed in so much variety and flavour - without a sad cheese sarnie in sight! I will be dreaming about the homemade cakes until my next visit (that orange sponge was sinfully good).A huge thank you to the ladies at the Cobbles for all their effort and talent - you really made the day special beyond my most hopeful expectations.Vegetarian options: For the veggie afternoon tea we were given: falafel wraps, avocado and pineapple cream cheese wraps, veggie sausages, veggie sausage roll, cheese and onion sausage roll, cream cheese celery, egg finger sandwiches, olives, cheese and pickled onions and a mini quiche. The cakes included strawberry-topped cream scones, orange sponge, chocolate brownie, a macaron and a themed, iced biscuit. Oat milk available for tea and coffee.Hands down the best and most varied vegetarian option afternoon tea I've ever had.

We had great afternoon tea here, they really are incredible. I honestly can feel they put their whole heart into the event: homemade food, theme relative decorations, and service etc, it really makes everything extra special. What a fantastic visiting experience!

Food, alright, staff pleasant and helpful.Tables were sticky, and edges needed cleaning properly.Other than that, it's a good place to eat.Parking: Nightmare

The food was excellent and freshly cooked. My fish cake was delicious. The eating area inside was quite cramped though I believe there is outside space when the weather is nice.

Small popular cafe that serves home cooked food. We decided to have fishcakes which were delicious. The staff were friendly and didn't rush us. Only downside was our clothes including coat smelt of cooking smells afterwards.

Such a quaint tearoom. Food all homemade and staff very friendly...just an easy and relaxing experience. Just what you need. Not expensive either.

One of my favourite cafes. My biker friends and I often call there for a cooked breakfast. Friendly staff, excellent food and it’s very clean and cozy. Highly recommended!

We stopped for brunch en route to Towcester as we didn’t want to use the motorway services - what a great decision. Fantastic value and lovely food. We were made to feel very welcome too.
