This place is rated quite low so was worried about ordering from here but I have quite a few times now and never had a problem, loads of different options including different desserts

Delivery service is shocking. Didn't have any coins on him and said he would call straight back with the money as he forgot it from the restaurant and hasn't come back. Very poor service !!

So I ordered my takeaway to arrive to my home, waited patiently for it to come, over an hour and a half later it's not here, tried to call and received no answer just the answer machine. It now states their store is closed and I've not had my tea, yet they were quick enough to take the money.WILL NOT ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN

Can’t comment on the food as we have ordered from here twice now only for it to be ‘cancelled by the kitchen’. The first one was after a few minutes so it wasn’t too inconvenient to order from somewhere else, but the second was more than half an hour after we had ordered, and were expecting delivery any moment. And we’re left hungry and having to start from scratch elsewhere. At least the refunds were quick.

Got two burgers and chips which were dryer then the sahara desert and a waffle which had a long hair in it and looked more suited for the dog and it took well over a hour for this mess to arrive. Will not be ordering from here again.

Pre ordered before opening as little onereally wanted pizza. Ordered 2 medium pizza and 1 child's with chips. Chip box all melted and chips tasted like they had been warmed up not crispy like you would expect at opening time. 1pizza burnt and looked like they let a 3 year old slice it up with a butter knife. Boxes clearly not been lay flat as half squashed to the bottom. All round poor sevice

Ordered a variety box with chicken and chips due to having a mild allergy to lamb, they sent the meal stuffed full of doner meat so now I cant eat it at all and had calls to restaurant ignored
Milkshake forgotten when it arrived was all melted, was really looking forwards to my waffle with strawberries butterscotch sauce and white chocolate flakes, it had about 3 very thin slices of strawberry no butterscotch sauce and it looked like someone had accidentally spilled a couple of whites chocolate flakes, very disappointed considering how expensive they are.As always mains were good they arrived half an hour late with stuff missing not so good

Absolutely shocking, took my money, said it'd be 45 mins,, it's now an hour late and I cant get through, been waiting 2 hrs now ,,, never ever order from here,, I certainly wont be,, thieves

Ordered via Just Eat app. Delivery was over an hour and a half late and virtually cold when it did eventually turn up. Mediocre pizzas, will not be ordering from them again

Me and a friend were having a catch up. She's unwell at the moment so we decided to stay in rather than go out for tea and were looking at takeaways to have. We settled on Chili Jack's and placed our order via Just Eat and were given an ETA of 19:35, after placing the order at about 18:15. We agreed this wasn't too long of a wait. After 19:35, the Just Eat app stopped tracking our order and went into "received mode" which wasn't good because we hadn't actually had our food yet, so I rang the business and asked for an update (I was calm on the phone, as I do understand they might've been busy, but it was a Tuesday night), and a member of staff advised me that my order was 10 minutes away. I had waited until 19:45 ish to call and ask for this info. So basically our order was 30 minutes later than advised, and (not sure if this even is possible) they didn't update the app to let us know that it was going to be late. To add insult to injury when I did place my order of a pizza and a curry (for my friend) I included a note to say "no mushrooms please, I am allergic". Low and behold, when to food arrived (late) the pizza I ordered had mushrooms on it. It is a good job I don't have a serious allergy that's all I will say, as I started to notice little grey slices under my cheese. I basically had to swap orders with my friend so I was really not happy with the entire experience. The only reason I did not ring them at the time to complain was because me and my friend were starving and we were not about to wait another 30 minutes + for food that might not be what we'd specified. Would not recommend.
