Very much hit and miss. If you get the tall guy making your coffee expect it to be full of coffee granules, plus bitter. He does need additional training.I did come here frequently, bit because of th above happening 4 times now, I go elsewhere. Shame really. The chatty lady is nice tho.

Nice coffee shop but toilets need a decent clean.In particular the hand dryer, which did not seem to have been cleaned for weeks. Makes you wonder about other parts of the cafe.

They kicked me out because of how I dressed I was in all black clothes and jacket they told me to leave and then said I looked like trouble baisicaly terrible terrible service

Does very well for a Town Centre Cafe. Wasn't sure if self or table service, Staff told me to sit at a table, but it eventually got my attention to collect the tray.The overall cleanliness was good, including Toilets

Lucy behind the till seems to have a very bad attitude. I came in and took my daughter to a seat upstairs and got shouted at and told i couldnt go upstairs as its for customers. I told her i was getting a drink after. Very bad attitude. I understand they get kids in etc taking the p but dont tar all customers with the same brush!

Incompetent staff who can't work through orders and had to keep asking customers what they bought 15 minutes after ordering. Food and drink arrived cold.

Older Lady behind the counter ranting about hating her job in front of guests. Only the bottom area was open as the top had be cleaned down (this was 2pm in the afternoon) so I looked for somewhere to enjoy my food and drink and all tables were empty from guests but full of dirty items on tables and floor covered in food. Decided to see if I could sit in the top as only me and I wasn’t going to make a mess but they didn’t want anyone to so when I came back down the stairs the older lady said loudly to everyone ‘oh she’s realised now!’ Felt uncomfortable and left. Also the drink I had wasn’t made properly and tasted wrong so just had to bin it. I often come here with friends but won’t be coming back to this branch.
£6 for a coffee and stale chocolate twist (I was offered to have it heated, I know why now)

Three times myself and a friend have tried to visit for a brew. Yesterday we arrived there at 4pm to be informed they were already closed despite the door stating open till 5pm. Same thing happened previously. A polite notice on the door would help to save the bother of even going in and members have staff having to tell everyone they are shut. We won't bother trying there again. Nero on the other corner of the market place got our trade instead.
