The worst food I've ever ordered!! The cheese burger tasted off, the donnor meat was so over cooked you could fill a pot hole with it, garlic bread was a frisby and curly fries tasted of nothing. Called to complain and told the manager wasn't in and put the phone down. Joke of a place. Supposed to be a good chain of fast food and this place let's that good name down.

The delivery tends to be on the slower side but every time I have ordered the food has arrived piping hot and it's been lovely. One of the nicest pizza places in Macc, 100%.

I had been ordering from Harlequin very regulary for 5+ years until around 6 months ago.It had become a regular occurrence that the food would arrive very late, barely warm, and no longer up to their usual standard. It was then that I stopped ordering from them.Today, I decided to give them another shot, and the food and delivery time had somehow gotten worse.It took 1 hour and 25 minutes to arrive, was just about room temperature on arrival, and had clearly been sat in a warmer for god knows how long while they waited for a driver to collect it, as by the time I was eating it it was the complete opposite of fresh.The base was spongey, the cheese had hardened and the toppings had practically dried out.Today, after 6 months I gave Harlequin another shot.A mistake I won't be making again.

I ordered 2 pizzas a burger and a kebab like 2 hours ago when it said it would arrive at 20:45, like an hour and a half ago. We called an hour ago to ask when the order was due and they answered that they hadn't even received my order even though it had been charged on my bank account. A few minutes later he tells me that he just received the order, even tho it had been sent a long while ago....A couple hours later and still no sign of my order. Would appreciate a refund or compensation from whoever's fault it is, Ubereats or Harlequin. However, if I find out it's merely ubereats fault, I'll erase the one star rate to be fair.
Ordered a kebab with salad now I don't mind onion but not a full one , no lettuce no tomato think someone needs educating on how to put a salad together

We made an order last night and received excellent service. We had 2 of the special calzones and for what it is, there was no excess grease dripping from it like you'd expect from most other places and it tasted amazing. Top quality food.
