I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent takeaway order from 'Macc Way,' and I want to bring to your attention the concerns that prompted me to file a formal complaint with the local council.The quality of the takeaway food was disappointingly below par. Despite the prices charged, the dishes lacked the expected flavour and overall satisfaction. The menu held promise, but the actual execution was sorely lacking.My entire family, including our 3-year-old child, experienced health complications within two days of consuming the takeaway. Given the nature of our symptoms, it strongly suggests a case of food poisoning. This has prompted me to escalate the matter by filing a formal complaint with the local council, urging a thorough investigation into the food safety practices at 'Macc Way.'I believe it is crucial for the council to intervene and assess the situation promptly to safeguard public health. Food is always good quality, only thing that can occasionally let them down is the delivery time, and forgetting to put sauce on

Food arrived half an hour late. Food quality extremely poor. The food was burnt and I was told by the advisor it was toasted.(have a look at the picture) The customer service was poor too. The advisor asked me to bring the food back to get a refund.Since then I have now been given a refund. But still had to settle for this tonight. ??♀️

I ordered ehat they call a ultimate burger is was a basic frozen burger with burnt bacon and cheap frozen onion rings none of these was fresh made I also had there chicken fillet burger that was OK but lacked flavour and I ordered the queen fries which very expensive for what you actually recieve, its fair to say I will never order from here again.

Cheeseburger was basic, (read description on just eat?) piri rice over £4! See photo??forgot pot of relish and bland cheap fries . Chicken strips were ok tho. Would not recommend.

These guys used to be great, like.. on par with Geo's Chicken great (RIP). And then at some point they went down hill.My go-to has always been the King Burger, Peri Peri Fries and milkshakes.The milkshakes are probably the only greatness that has persisted, definitely 10/10!Fries are overly peri peri'd, kinda uneatable.I've had pink in my chicken numerous times unfortunately.However, delivery times have always been superb, and I've heard their pizza isn't bad.As it's in town, parking is always a bit of a pain.
Macc way what can I say If I could give a minus I would but it only gives you the option of 1 to 5 stars and it’s not worth even half a star The most over priced and disgusting ? food I’ve had the milkshakes were watery and tasteless the kebabs were horrible tasted powdery and the chicken was rank ended up in the bin never again am I ordering from here again I will stick to my usual places

Food came almost an hour later than quoted, I phoned to check where it was and was told it was on the way, it came 25 minutes later and was just dumped on the doorstep, not good!!!!

AVOID YOUR MICROWAVE CAN PRODUCE BETTER FOOD THAN THESE!! Really fancied a bucket of fried chicken with some gravy so decided to order from here and wow I think I'm never going to want fried chicken again it was that bad, where do I start food arrived on time however cold chips tasted like they had either been reheated in a microwave or just old the chicken gravy was lumpy very very thick and absolutely vile the actual chicken had a very off putting greasy kind of smell the batter was still raw in places and just undercooked in general and had virtually no flavour by far the most disgusting fried chicken I have ever been served do not waste your money you will be better off with beans on toast
