Stayed here for one night to break up a longer journey. Basically the room was exactly what you'd expect a Premier inn room to look like. Decent location too.

Room very cold on arrival the place needs refurbishment, stains on walls ceiling and headboard, carpet very dirty, and window frames had black mould around the framework, a smell of dampness in room, the colour scheme needs changing very depressing and dark. The evening meal we had in the beefeater that evening was not very nice, very slap dash surly waiter, never even gave us time to sit down before wanting to know what we wanted to drink, after eating they couldn't wait to be rid of you, brought the bill without us requesting it. We paid for full English breakfast as we were flying that lunchtime only to be told they had no Chef, and there would be no cooked breakfast. Still waiting for full refund as we did not want the continental breakfast.

It is a quiet hotel and the treatment is very pleasant. At reception they help you with any questions. They lent me a European plug adapter all week. The bed is very comfortable and large and the room is spacious, although it smells a little musty. It does not have a refrigerator, but it does have a desk, a sofa and a closet and it also has a hair dryer and a fan.

Chose this hotel which was close to visiting nearby family in Macclesfield and its proximity to the Manchester aiport. Greeted in a warm way by "Emily" who was new at the time. Was very helpful checking us in and getting us acclimated. The staff next door at the Beefeater were super busy every day we were there, but the two gentlemen in charge, always had a smile on their faces and breakfast came hot and tasty. Only complaint was the one coffee machine, no drip coffee available and the lines were sometimes 7-8 people deep waiting to make a cup of coffee. Room met our needs and the bed was comfortable. Nice place for the money and convenience of stay!

Located on outskirts of Macclesfield within easy reach of town centre. Two night stay whilst visiting friends. Plenty of free car parking. Friendly staff on reception. Rooms clean with typical layout. Excellent breakfast at the Beefeater next door. Enjoyed our stay.

All the staff especially management, Mike, are extremely professional. The rooms are always clean and perfectly turn out. Jenny, head of housekeeping is wonderful. Mike and Ian are two of the best restaurant managers you will ever find. Nothing is ever too much trouble

We were checked in by a very friendly receptionist and were pleased to find the room was very clean and comfortable and had everything you would expect. Met several staff over the weekend and they were all happy & helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
