I think you'll struggle to find a place with ruder staff, worse management and less hope of surviving when even on Mad Friday, they are closing 2 hours early.A truly horrific experience with stupidly entitled bar staff that shouldn't be working in a customer facing industry and a 'manager' who is that much of a wet blanket that he can't even deal with being questioned about WHY they are shutting 2 hours early and respond to a question without threatening to call the police. a pathetic way to run a business...this place should shut its doors now and allow a decent operator to occupy the space...

A little disappointed on my first visit to Redwillow. I checked the website, which had "Pizza and a Pint for £9, Monday and Tuesday". So, I arrived Tuesday evening, hungry and thirsty. To be told that "they'd forgotten to order all the ingredients for Pizza". Eventually decided to stay for the beer only, which was very good. But even the sandwich board outside had "Pizza and beer for good cheer" or something similar on it. Surely it can't be the case that they simultaneously ran out of all ingredients. And when food is a key selling point, that you don't inform potential customers.

This is a very cosy and comfortable place. They serve a wide variety of beers and ciders from the local brewery. Did try the food but have been told it's pretty good. Great spot to catch up with old friends or hide from the cold and rain. I will hopefully be back again
