It says open 24 hour then when I went to grab some food after my shift at 1am in the morning the guy there didn't let me in. I understand that is safety reasons but when you're in your uniform and want to use the grocery shop how can you buy something without getting in. And on top of that the employee there was rude as well sorted all out with a no. Sort your employees out Shell

CAR WASHFebruary 2023 - I was told that the car wash was not working; it's currently being decommissioned and will not be replaced apparantly.

went to the petrol station at 10 to grab a drink since spar wasnt open and the guy who was working there locked the door and stood there acting like we were stupid. sort out the people you hire, other week went in too and the guy wouldn’t stop looking at my chest when paying.

A couple of weeks ago literally no n10 unleaded, car wash never works, today the air and water fill up not working. They tell you it's because its been re developed but they need to keep at least basis services like air and water maintained. After 30 years buying my fuel here I'm going to spend my money elsewhere. Hopeless.

Waisted money on vacuum service, only to find out that the vacuum is blocked and not working. As it’s not fit for purpose I should have been given refund as a consumer rights and every other place comply to it but not this garage and the attitude I received when asked for refund. Looks like the staff do not receive appropriate training what they should do in such situations, same goes for their car washes used them couple of times at different locations and the car is never fully washed even so I bought the I think is called gold service shocking.
