Nero is my favourite coffee of the big 3 chains. The staff here are all friendly and the coffee and hot food are good (bacon sandwich is great). The porridge was ok but I wouldn't get that again.

Great place to visit. Allow dogs too of you have a fur baby.Staff are prefect at making you feel welcome. Visit here at least twice a month. Wish it was more!

Staff with attitude….not sure if there’s a staff problem here, but when I get to be served at the counter I did not expect a gruff “ What do you want?” Followed by a stare as if I was doing them a favour. I have had better service in many “greasy spoons”. I would not expect this of Caffè Nero. I will not go back there again.Staff training required.
