Love love LOVE this place. The people are so friendly and kind, the drinks and cakes delicious and our dog literally pulls us in there every time we walk past! A lovely place to have a brew and chat to other pooch owners. The Manager /owner is lovely too...she stayed and chatted to us. A place that really does deserve to do well, due to the huge effort that is put.in. xxx :)

I can not speak highly enough about Charlie and Co. It is the place to be seen if you have a dog or dogs, as most people that I have seen in there have.Don't get me wrong, you don't need to be a dog owner to visit this place, as the drinks, snacks, and cakes are sublime, however, I would say the majority of patrons are dog owners.The owners of Charlie and Co have found a uniquely niche market, where the dog is the star.There are items on the menu especially created for your pampered pooch, with every dog offered a free "Puppachino", (dog treat, wrapped in a bowl of cream), while the humans tuck into the lovely cakes, pastries and toasties etc on offer, alongside a very good selection of hot and cold drinks.There is even a dog grooming salon on the upper level, so you can relax while your doggie gets a pampering. Prices seem very reasonable, although we haven't availed our little four legged friend of this service yet.All in all, a lovely place to relax with your little four legged friend, without worrying whether you are bothering other patrons.Vegetarian options: There could possibly be a greater amount of vegetarian selections, but on the day we visited, my wife was quite happy with what was on offer.

Lovely place. Great way to finish off a dog walk round the town. Lovely food for humans as well as our four legged friends. They also do gift vouchers which we had bought for us for Christmas which is such a great idea and can’t wait to use. We also love how they have clips to clip your dog onto so your not having to hold onto their lead and you can eat and drink normally.

I dived into here to have a coffee and have an online business meeting.Coffee was really nice and the people working here were lovely and helpful. It's a busy little cafe with lots of doggos here, which is nice.WiFi was good, much better than the corporate brand coffee chains that are here in Nantwich - download was 40MB and upload 30MB so no problem with a Teams/Zoom meeting at all - top tip though, be sure to bring your noise cancelling mic and headphones, it's a lively cafe with lots of atmosphere

I booked my little Pomeranian Nelly in for a full groom today with Heidi. Historically, my little Pomeranian hasn't been the easiest to groom due to nerves, and has only ever gotten as far as a bath and a bit of a brush with a previous groomer. However today, I was so impressed that Nelly lasted the full 1.5 hours session (previously have been phoned to collect Nelly half way through a session) and allowed Heidi to bath, thoroughly brush and trim her! When I went to collect Nelly, she was smiling and allowing Heidi to finish brushing her, I was so amazed and so happy!! Thank you SO much to Heidi, you have been so successful with Nelly and our hearts are full of so much gratitude to you for being so patient and encouraging with her. We really wanted this groom to be a success and it was! We can't wait to see Heidi again in December for Nelly's next groom. Thank you!!

Very nice cafe but its a very dog friendly cafe so there will be a good few dog's in here which is great as long as you know before hand,We took our little dog in and everyone, both staff and customers alike were very friendly, puppy Chino was a great
